  • Pressure cooker
  • Stovetop saucepan
  • Mixer
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup warm skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
